The Mother of Prophecy – Book Release

In a break from our normal blogging schedule, I have some exciting news to share with you.

The first in The Adventures of Eddie Skillen series is now live and out in the world. You can find it by clicking here, or by visiting the Books page on my website.

It’s taken me a while to get to this point, because of various background things, but I have to say, I’m so, so proud of myself for getting this live a month ahead of schedule.

The whole series is filled with found family, “chosen one” adventures, and The Mother of Prophecy sets up the world for Eddie when he’s all grown up.

Here’s the blurb. Enjoy!

Three lives. Two children. One prophecy.

Valeria Skillen yearned for a peaceful existence, where she could hone her mystical abilities, raise her child, and wander the untamed wilderness. But fate had other ideas.

Compelled to flee from her home, Valeria must face horrors that lurk in the shadows, evade ruthless witch assassins, and overcome her own inner demons to ensure her son’s safety, from a fate worse than death.

But the clock is ticking. The dark forces are growing stronger, and even those who she once considered sisters have fallen under their control.

Will Valeria be able to outlast the trials that await her?

Or will the price she must pay prove to be too much for her to bear?

The next, there he stood—his gleaming cart arranged in perfect symmetry, lined with bottles that shimmered like twilight, each

Ash Lane Wasn’t There Yesterday

Some roads lead home. Others… lead you somewhere else entirely. Ash Lane wasn’t there yesterday. The street simply appeared—slick with damp, glistening cobblestones that hadn’t seen light in years. No road signs. No markings. Just a narrow cut through the heart of Eldmere like a wound that had suddenly reopened. No one saw it arrive.
